GLYCERINE
It is a pharmaceutical glycerine, distilled twice.
Glycerine is also used as a food sweetener and the taste is rounded off thanks to the glycerine.
If the alcohol in the final product is too sharp or "scratches", you could use the glycerine.
Orientation dosage: 5 - 20 g / 100 l.
(Notice: Do not confuse with glycol!)
